Offered here is an original Gentex SPH-5® helicopter helmet (size X-Large, manufactured in 1990) featuring a single dark visor. This model is used worldwide by paramedics, firefighters, government agencies, and professional pilots; the SPH-5 combines excellent protection with exceptional comfort. Thanks to its lightweight composite shell, this version is both light and comfortable to wear. The helmet has seen little use and is in very nice, clean condition, showing only minor, typical signs of wear. The visor also shows slight signs of use. The helmet comes equipped with a boom microphone and all necessary connectors and plugs. An original green helmet bag and a pilot’s case are included; however, the case’s top latches are defective—one cannot be opened (see photos). As shown in the images, this is a very fine, original helmet featuring its factory white finish and minimal signs of wear.
