Original German Air Force JaboG 49 HGU 26/P Quarter Helmet with PRU-36/P Dual Visor Assembly and MBU 5/P Mask

This a original Factory White HGU 26/P  part number 7747264-90 Helmet size Large with dual visor clear and dark used at German Air Force JaboG 49 Fighter Bomber Wing , Date 1986 , the helmet is either a farewell gift for a pilot or was a test version for flight operations; it has only minimal signs of use, visors has no skratches, helmet is also known as a “Quarter Helmet” ,helmet has a black leather form fit liner, helmet is complete with all avionic and plugs , communications cord is the standard CX-4708A/AIC cable , grey standard ear cups with H-143/AIC earphones, black chin strap (British model) quick disconnect type and mounted white nap strap, , the HGU-26/P is an HGU-22/P helmet shell with a PRU-36/P side-actuated double visor assembly, the Scott MBU 5/P mask, date 1982 is size Regular Narrow, helmet and mask are in very good to exellent condition ,minimal used,very nice display helmet , the JaboG 49 Patches and a original green helmet bag are include !! On October 1, 1978, Fighter-Bomber Wing 49 (JaboG 49) emerged from the Air Force Weapons School 50 in Fürstenfeldbruck. The unit’s mission included training fighter crews for the Alpha Jet and Tornado weapon systems, as well as, until 1981, training combat observers (KBO) (now called weapon systems officers) for the Phantom F-4F and RF-4E. At the same time, JaboG 49 was also an operational unit tasked with engaging ground targets using the light Alpha Jet fighter-bomber, Please note that all our items are pure collector items or display items.
